From the artist: At Sweet Sally's Soaps we make fine handcrafted soaps and bath accessories. Our soaps are made in small batches from the finest ingredients available. We use only natural plant oils, no animal fats are used. We use oils such as olive, almond, avocado, castor, or jojoba for their skin-nourishing qualities. Butters such as shea, cocoa, and kokum are used to add extra moisturizing qualities to the soaps. Additives such as herbs and essential oils are used for both medicinal and aromatherapy qualities.

From the artist: One of a kind necklaces, bracelets, pendants and earrings inspired by an imaginary journey through the open gate of a magical garden while utilizing antique and vintage findings, contemporary and organic components, semi-precious beads, stones and crystals.. Hidden treasures and vivid colors of periwinkle, baby’s breath, sage, cornflower, poppy, sunflower and rose provide inspiration for the creation of jewelry that remind us of the timelessness and serenity of nature. Always in the process of recreating my artistic identity, I combine my passion for working with metals, glass, antiques and vintage pieces to develop an eclectic mixed media style of timeworn inspired jewelry pieces.
Gathering my inspiration from nature, I seldom start with a firm idea of what my final design will be. I do however usually begin the process with a single element, quite often being the metal I wish to use. My current passion is working with nickel and lead free natural brass and my ongoing desire is to utilize the copper and zinc alloy in a creative form that breaks away from its chunky and industrial reputation to one of fashionable daintiness and contemporary/vintage style. Both brass and copper wire and filigree allow me to bend, twist, shape and twirl it in a way that creates something truly unique.
Each of my designs is unique and woven with rich and varicolored precious metals, paired with such elements as turquoise, pearls, labradorite, jade, jasper, coral, olivine, crystals, lampwork and found objects - all with a hint of whimsy! I also rescue and redesign found vintage components while applying both traditional and contemporary methods to create unusual, textured surfaces. I like to create designs that not only entice the wearer to really look at the artistic design and detailed work involved, but to also discover its texture and beauty. Each wearable piece of art embraces the wearer's independent personality.
Within a garden’s gate a celebration of gratitude and joy can be found and if looking closely, perhaps even a glimpse of a woodland fairy. A garden is a place of beauty, magic and timeless wonder. Welcome to JBird’s Garden.

From the artist: My name is Laura, which is pronounced in many variations by the young children I work with ("Lula" being my favorite). I am a creative spirit and have had a lifelong love of making things, which led me to pursue my BFA at Massachussetts College of Art in the late 90's. SuperLula was born in 2009, and is a one-woman operation built on a totally DIY approach. My appreciation for color and candy-inspired motifs are the basis for many of my designs, as well as my own personal sense of aesthetics. From the artist: Our handcrafted jewelry is created by combining the unique skills of creating dichroic or art glass cabochons together with wire-wrapping. The result is a one-of-a-kind jewel for you to wear.
One of the unique characteristics of dichroic glass is its reflecting color. Pictures don't really express the true beauty and depth of the piece. Carapace said the following about a pendant she won: "Wow. Wow! The pendant came today. It's amazing-the pictures didn't even come close to doing it justice. The wire wrapping is so liquid, I love the way it twirls around the glass-and the glass looks like a field of blue fireworks! It's just an amazing piece, and I'm so thrilled to have it. Thank you so much!"

From the artist: Amy began her sewing ventures at the ripe young age of four, demanding her mother trace her torso on a giant piece of forest green knit. From there the preschooler meticulously cut and stitched a long green dress that she refused to take off for months. An addiction was born.
Today, a student of costume design, film production, and college life, Amy works out of a ridiculously overcrowded attic bedroom to find and create fun, funky, and recycled fashions that are good for the environment, your wallet, all in the name of fashion.
